Went back to Germany for a trade fair held at the Messe Düsseldorf..

Rotterdam is an extremely boring city..

Schouwburgplein, located in the heart of Rotterdam.. Feels like Toa Payoh Central..

The town of Volendam is well-known for its old fishing boats
and the traditional clothing still worn by some residents.

Eetcafé 't Havengat in Volendam.. A popular hangout place with great seafood and wine..

At Nordsee, a German fast-food restaurant chain specialising in serving seafood.. Slurp! This late lunch in Bremen was certainly worth it because the food was fantastic!

Here at St. Peter's Cathedral, you will find mummies in glass-topped coffins!

St. Michaelis Church, the most important baroque church in northen Germany..

It is refreshing to find memorials erected to people of little importance.. Here we have Henriette Johanne Marie Müller (Zitronenjette), a 19th century resident of Hamburg, who sold lemons with her famous call Zitroon! Zitroon! This made me wonder.. Will Singapore erect a memorial to Neo Geok Tho who sings the $1 tissue paper song?
