Back from Sigtuna..
Sweden's oldest existing town founded in 980..
.
Sigtuna's main street, Stora Gatan..

Tant Bruns Kafestuga (Aunt Brown's Café) in a 17th century house and setting..

Sigtuna Rådhus, the smallest town hall in Scandinavia..

Listening attentively to the guide in the town hall.. She was good..

Here, you'll find many pretty houses..

This one looks like a castle..

Darn cool creeper-covered house..

Church ruins everywhere.. This is the church ruin of S:t Per..

.

..

...

Church ruin of S:t Olof..

Saint Mary's Church, the oldest building in use in Sigtuna..

Built by Dominican monks, this church dates from the 13th century..

Numbering over 150, Sigtuna boasts more rune stones than any other town in the world..

Had a tasty lunch prepared by Lan & Co.!

I got the pear from the tree behind me..

Sigtuna's picturesque waterfront..

Yummy waffles at Den Gyldene Våfflan!

Lake Mälaren..

Mummy duck and her babies outside Den Gyldene Våfflan..

I ♥ Sigtuna!
