Was at The Esplanade yesterday with Meiyen to catchThe Phantom of the Opera..
The music was impressive and so were the sets and costumes, but I was expecting for a more dramatic chandelier crash.. 
The performance was laudable overall.. No regrets! Total amount spent on my Phantom of the Opera experience: S$210++
